Before you start your exercise, take a few minutes to stretch. Not only will this prevent pulling a muscle during your workout, but it will also aid in circulating the blood throughout your body.

The Alive website reports that a massage of your legs facilitates circulation as the pressure of the massage moves blood through the congested areas that may not be getting enough blood. A leg massage will also stimulate the lymphatic system, relieve stress and leave you feeling energized.
Eat the Right Foods
Another way to increase the blood flow in your thighs is to eat foods that promote proper circulation. In addition to drinking plenty of water, add oranges to your diet. This sweet fruit contains plenty of vitamin C that acts as a natural blood thinner. Sprinkling cayenne pepper on your food strengthens your arteries and blood vessels, while using garlic in meals cleanses the blood. After dinner, eat a piece of dark chocolate for dessert. Dark chocolate contains flavonoids that are known for improving blood circulation. Items to avoid that would exacerbate poor circulation include salt, sugar, smoking and drinking beverages with caffeine or alcohol.
